The Super Suite had an incredible panoramic view. The receptionists were helpful, although there was a slight wait to check in. The bed was comfortable and the room design was nice. Overall, a great experience!

The only downsides were a soft mattress and some maintenance issues. However, the timely airport shuttle, beautiful gardens, and relaxing amenities made it a top choice in Amsterdam.

Unpleasant encounters with rude staff tarnished the overall experience. On the bright side, the gym, terrace, and comfortable beds were appreciated.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the convenient location near the airport and the regular shuttle service. The hotel had excellent amenities and service, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The modern and clean bathroom was a plus, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The small self-checkout store was convenient for snacks, and the buffet and bar offered delicious options. The daily guided tours were a unique and must-see experience, especially the opportunity to see a real 747 next to the hotel.

Ohhhh myyyyy goodness, you won't believe the awesome bed in the urban room at this airport hotel! the service was top-notch and the spa was divine. Only downside, kinda tricky to find transportation. But overall, loved it 😍.

One inconvenience was the lack of USB ports/outlets in the rooms, requiring us to go to the lounge area to charge our phones. we requested a wake-up call at 5:30am, but were woken up at 3:45am instead.

Despite some minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel based on the overall experience.
